AC Repair in Al Raha Beach - what we actually see
Al Raha Beach is waterfront living, and the same sea air that makes it pleasant is hard on AC: salt-laden humidity furs up coils and corrodes outdoor parts faster than inland, so a unit that “just isn't cold anymore” here is usually a coil, gas or drainage issue rather than a dead system.
In the Al Zeina and Al Bandar towers we're most often called for weak cooling and water leaking from the indoor unit — both common where humid coastal air overloads a coil and blocks the condensate line. We diagnose before we quote, and fix the cause rather than chase the symptom.
Clear diagnosis, clear quote
Diagnosis first — we tell you what's wrong and why — then a clear quote, then the fix: coil clean, gas top-up, drainage, capacitor or fan-motor faults. If a unit is genuinely end-of-life we say so rather than fit parts into a lost cause.
We quote - we don't guess
What moves the quote: whether it's a service or a fault repair, the number and type of units, parts (gas, capacitor, PCB, fan motor), and access to the outdoor units on a tower. Message us the symptom and a photo if you can for a straight quote.
