Do you charge a call-out fee?+
We agree pricing with you before any work begins, including any call-out or assessment charge, so there are no surprises. For many jobs we can give an indicative price over WhatsApp from a photo and a short description.
How quickly can you come?+
For urgent issues, message or call us and we'll find you the fastest available slot - just tell us it's urgent and we'll prioritise. Home AMC holders get priority response ahead of one-off bookings.
Which areas do you cover for homes?+
We cover Abu Dhabi and Dubai, including Yas Island, Al Reef, Al Raha, Saadiyat, Reem Island and Khalifa City. If your community isn't listed, send a WhatsApp - we'll confirm before you book.
